Call for applications – State Boards of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

We are seeking individuals with an ability and interest to contribute to the regulatory work of the state boards of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

Applications are now sought from registered nurses, enrolled nurses, midwives and community members to fill vacancies arising in the following jurisdictions:

• Queensland – 1 community member and 1 practitioner member
• Victoria – 1 community member and 4 practitioner members (incl. Chair)

The state boards work in partnership with Ahpra to make registration and notification decisions about individual practitioners, based on national policies and standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
